Testimonials

Chris and the team at Davies property developments have recently completed a downstairs bathroom conversion into a walk in shower/wet room for my parents.

The quality of the work is superb, always clean and tidy. Communication was brilliant from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Thanks Chris my parents are over the moon.

Over the moon with my new resin drive and front path. Very professional service. Davies Properties came when they promised and finished the job on time. They tidied up after the job and left everything spotless. Fab experience!

Full kitchen renovation. The best in the business with the best tradesmen!! Professional in everything from start to finish. FIRST CLASS!!

We highly recommend Davies Property Developments. Thank you Chris and the team.

I cannot recommend Davis Properties Limited highly enough! They just completed a full renovation on my home, and the results are simply outstanding. From start to finish, the team was professional, detail-oriented, and always kept me in the loop.

Every aspect of the renovation was handled with care and precision. I was especially impressed by their craftsmanship in the kitchen and bathroom and the seamless integration of modern design with the original charm of the house. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, top-quality building company, Davis Properties Limited is the one to choose!

Excellent service from start to finish. A great team who clearly know what they are doing. Very professional, and kept me up to date throughout. Highly recommended, thank you all.

Absolutely outstanding service from Chris Davies Property Developments and his fantastic team, Jade and Dylan. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. They were consistently clean, transparent, and incredibly hardworking throughout the entire process.

What really stood out was their attention to detail – every aspect of the work was carried out meticulously, with no corners cut. Communication was clear and honest at every stage, which made the whole experience stress-free and reassuring.

It’s rare to find a team this reliable and dedicated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality workmanship and excellent service. A well-deserved 5 stars! I would 100% have them back to do any works at my home. Thank you.

Chris and his team are by far the best workers we’ve ever had do any work in our home. They worked hard, and kept it professional throughout the build.

If you’re contemplating having a lantern roof, don’t think about it, just do it. The natural light is a whole new level.

We wanted a one stop shop! Plenty of companies out there, however these were the only ones where I didn’t have to worry about a single thing: building, electrics, painting & decorating, kitchen build etc. The room has doubled in size.

If you’re after good, solid, quality work, you’ve definitely found your man!

Finally, we have a cosy and warm basement to use, since we have had a damp and cold environment for more than ten years. We are so grateful for Chris and his team’s amazing work.

Their work was very organised and efficient. They tidied and cleaned up the work site every day. We felt lucky to have them to do our job. They are so professional and friendly. We will definitely use their services in the future. I strongly recommend Davies Property Developments.

I highly recommend Chris and the team for any building work required. The initial quote was clear and any alterations to this were well communicated.

They then took care of everything: structural alterations, construction of a wet room, fitting a kitchenette and kitchen, replacing some dodgy wiring they uncovered on the way, fitting new flooring and much more.

Their attention to detail is fantastic, and everything they have done is finished to a high standard. We are so happy with the work they have done and will be recommending them to anyone who needs work completed.

Fantastic service

I had the pleasure of working with Chris and his team at Davies Property for the full renovation of a 3-bed terraced house, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, Chris and his team displayed a level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication that truly sets them apart.

Chris worked closely with us throughout the entire process, providing regular updates and ensuring every detail was accounted for. The renovation included everything from structural work to modernising the interiors, and the transformation was nothing short of amazing.

The quality of the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the way Chris handled every challenge that came up exceeded our expectations. What stood out the most was the way Chris managed the project, keeping everything on track and within budget. He coordinated with various tradespeople seamlessly, and the project was completed on time, which is always a huge relief. Thank you very much Chris and the team.

Amazing job! Chris was a star from start to finish. Fixed our roof while we were away. Clear communication throughout. Will 100% use again for our next project. Diolch!

Just had a full bathroom renovation. Thoroughly recommend Chris and his team, they went above and beyond and absolutely nothing was too much trouble.

Chris and the team have just finished a total renovation of a bungalow for my Nan who is nearly 90! Nothing was too much for them and they constantly updated us on every aspect of the reno. They made sure we had great input through the whole process, which was very smooth and couldn’t have gone better.

All really friendly, reliable and hard working. The finish was excellent. My Nan is absolutely over the moon and I can’t recommend enough! Thank you all so so much!

Amazing job and 1000% recommended, clean quality work!

Kitchen fit + other jobs

Very happy with the job Chris & his colleagues carried out. Kitchen was fitted as well as new ceiling, wall, door levelled and a few other jobs. Good communication throughout the process and the job was spot on.

Will more than likely be calling him again in a few months as we’re doing the landing as well. Would highly recommend.

Very good

Had Davies Property carry out a house renovation and it’s fair to say they are a hard working bunch of boys. Chris kept us up to date with photos and videos of the work carried out weekly and was very helpful from the start.

Thanks for all your hard work once again and will be in contact in the future if any work is needed.

Very professional, quick and friendly service. Highly recommended!

Recently had my bedroom, stairs and landing plastered. Fab job done and very happy with the work that was carried out. Definitely recommend!
