This project involved the complete replacement of a poorly installed tarmac driveway that had become uneven and was holding water in multiple areas. After discussing the best long-term solution with the homeowner, a new fully permeable resin driveway system was installed to improve both appearance and durability.
The existing driveway was fully excavated before extending the frontage to create a wider and more practical parking area. New MOT Type 1 sub-base and capping layers were installed to provide a strong and stable foundation, followed by reinforced resin base layers designed for long-term performance.
The completed installation provides a clean, modern finish that is fully permeable, SUDS compliant, and built to last while significantly improving the front appearance of the property.
