This project involved the complete renovation of a distressed property, transforming it into a modern, comfortable home ready just in time for Christmas.
The property required a full internal and external upgrade. Work began with the installation of a new roof with Velux windows, bringing additional natural light into the upper areas of the home while ensuring the property was fully weatherproof and energy efficient.
Inside the property, we carried out a full electrical rewire and installed new windows throughout, improving both safety and energy performance. The plumbing system was also completely upgraded with new pipework, radiators, and heating components installed across the home.
The interior layout was modernised by opening up the living room and kitchen, creating a brighter, more spacious open-plan living area suited to modern family life. We also dropped ceilings where required to allow for updated electrics, insulation, and a cleaner interior finish.
A brand new kitchen and shower room were installed, providing modern, functional spaces finished to a high standard.
Externally, the garden area was redesigned to create a more usable outdoor space that complements the newly renovated home.
The entire renovation was completed with building control approval, ensuring all work met current building regulations and standards.
The finished result is a fully transformed property that has been brought back to life with modern design, improved efficiency, and high-quality craftsmanship throughout.
