This project involved the complete renovation of a tired and outdated entrance hallway, transforming it into a modern and welcoming space finished to a high standard throughout.
The existing area was fully stripped back as part of a wider full property renovation, with over 20 tonnes of rubble removed and multiple floor levels rebuilt to create a solid, level finish across the property. New PIR insulation and underfloor heating were installed throughout, improving both comfort and energy efficiency.
A stunning black oak floating staircase was fitted with integrated warm white LED strip lighting, creating a striking focal point within the home. The renovation also included structural alterations, full plastering, new first and second fix carpentry and electrics, and the installation of heritage aluminium double doors to complete the modern look.
The space was finished with luxury LVT herringbone flooring, bringing warmth, character, and a premium finish to the entrance area.
